Our comprehensive range of services include:
- Design
Discuss your product concept with our design engineers. We'll help you select the Texmate NZ base product that's best suited to your requirements.
- Programming
Program your product using Texmate NZ software tools, or consider asking one of our experienced software engineers to write a program for you.
- Testing
We'll test your product thoroughly using Texmate NZ testing units (where possible) or custom test jigs. We'll also remove any unused functions to speed up processing.
- Casing & Branding
Work with us to refine your product's design and casing so that it's perfectly suited to its intended use. We'll even add your branding!
Design
Texmate NZ controllers are fully customisable, and designed with OEM's in mind. By using one of our trusted products as a base you'll save yourself the time and expense of starting from scratch, without compromising on functionality.
- Texmate NZ products are all manufactured in-house, and our engineers are experienced at customising them to suit almost any application
- Our controllers combine a variety of functions in one compact package, simplifying installation and reducing maintenance in the longer term. Built-in functions include data logging, signal conditioning, serial communications, analogue output, sequencing logic and an embedded library of routines which can be selected, altered and rewritten to suit.
- The versatile operating system used in Texmate NZ controllers allows for easy integration with existing systems. This also includes the ability to upgrade or modernise legacy systems.
Programming
Our experienced engineers will write programs for you, freeing them to concentrate on other aspects of the project. Texmate NZ's in-house software engineers are skilled in embedded software development and have expertise in most commonly used microprocessor platforms.
A controller running your macro will remain your exclusive proprietary product, regardless of whether or not we write the software. Once the program is installed by Texmate NZ technicians it is security locked, and cannot be copied or downloaded from the controller.
Testing
Texmate NZ has extensive in-house resources to support our design facilities and to ensure that your product is reliable and fully complies with all RFI and EMC standards.
We use our in-house Temcell testing chamber to test immunity to radiated electromagnetic fields standards. This pre-compliance testing saves you time and money in obtaining formal test certification.
The EMC directive states that devices used in industrial environments must not disrupt or interfere with the radio communications of other devices. Texmate NZ offers a comprehensive pre-immunity testing service for such equipment. We can help you meet the industry standards required for your device.
Casing & Branding
At Texmate NZ we have experience in sourcing enclosures to suit a variety of purposes.
When it comes to casing the choices are endless: from hand-held enclosures to water-proof, transflective wall-mount casings that will wear well in even the harshest industrial environments.
