ICC-402 Series
The powerful and versatile ICC-402 programmable controller combines PLC functionality, reliability and extra capabilities in one compact package. This controller’s unique, integrated design, with built-in functions which can be customised for your specific application, avoids many of the complications inherent in hybrid systems. Space requirements are kept to a minimum by reducing (and in some cases even eliminating) the need for external modular hardware.

Display
If you require a display for your ICC-402 controller, then you may select any ONE of the displays listed below. Unless otherwise stated, displays connect to your ICC-402 using a remote display cable.

Analogue Input
Your ICC-402 programmable controller will accept up to THREE internal modules from our extensive index of Analogue Input Modules.
Up to 12 input channels in total are accepted; the combined number of channels across all input modules must not exceed 12.
Note: If you select multiple input modules, the IE-02 input expander will be supplied FREE with your controller. This compact, modular unit (pictured right) mounts on the DIN rail beside the ICC-402. If you are only using one input module, no expander is required. |
Analogue Output
Select a maximum of ONE option only from each of the two sections in the table below. Your ICC-402 series base controller comes standard with an ICCS1 serial port, however you may upgrade this if desired.

| Analogue outputs are used to retransmit process variables to PLCs and SCADA systems. They can be used to control outputs, (such as valves, motor drives and chart recorders) or to add a transmitter function to the controller. |

| Serial outputs are used to set up and calibrate the controller using a PC. They can also be used to drive external printers and modems, communicate to PC's/PLCs and retrieve logged data. Texmate NZ serial output is compatible with SCADA systems. |

Digital I/O
Your ICC-402 controller comes standard with 3 function pins which can be configured as digital inputs if required. You may also select any ONE of the following digital I/O modules, which are mounted externally on the DIN rail beside the base unit.

Memory
Your ICC-402 series base controller has a 256KB configuration storage capacity. Data-logging and real-time clock will be enabled when you opt for a memory upgrade. You may select a maximum of ONE memory upgrade option from the list below.
